China has issued a total of 465.7 billion yuan worth of treasury bonds this years, the Ministry of Finance announced Thursday, December 28.

Within the total, there are 190 billion yuan worth of certificate bonds, 251.95 billion yuan worth of book-entry bonds and 23.75 billion yuan worth of bonds exclusively for social security funds.

Long-term bonds that have a mature period of more than seven years account for about 39 percent of the total value of T-bonds issued this year.

The ministry said the issuance of a large amount of long-term T-bonds has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of proactive fiscal policy.
