Agreement Signed to Boost Key Universities in TianjinThe Ministry of Education and Tianjin municipal government on December 25 agreed to jointly give a boost to campus construction of Nankai University and Tianjin University. Chen Zhili, minister of the Ministry of Education and Li Shenglin, mayor of Tianjin, signed the agreement on behalf of each side.This was the 7th of like agreements signed by the two parties for upgrading campus construction of Tianjin's universities. At the signing ceremony, Chen gave his hope that the two universities would fully make most of their resources and advantages to serve the great strategies to revitalize the nation through science and education and the effort to further Tianjin's municipal construction.
