Russian Delegation Concludes China Visit

A Russian delegation, headed by U.A. Boyichenko, acting director of the department of human rights cooperation with United Nations organizations under the human rights bureau of the Russian Foreign Ministry, left Beijing Monday afternoon at the end of a week-long tour in China.

The delegation, composed of Russian scholars, teachers, journalists, artists, and diplomats, visited some scenic spots in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen during their stay in China.

They also met with Chinese officials from the Foreign Ministry and non-governmental organizations.

The visit was arranged in accordance with the working plan of the Sino-Russian Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development.
