Hong Kong's Next Bid for Asian Games Undecided

It has not yet been decided whether Hong Kong would go for another bidding for Asian Games, said Fok Tsun-ting, chairman of Hong Kong Sports Association and Olympic Committee.

In Mid-November, Doha, capital of Qata was granted right to hold the 2006 Asian Games, leaving his three rivals Hong Kong, New Delhi, Kuala Lumpur behind.

We still need time to consider, Fok said in an interview when asked about Hong Kong's decision to bid for the next Asian Games.

Though failed in the application, Hong Kong people have been imbued with some kind of sports spirit highly cherishable, said Fok.
