Top Procurator on Law Enforcement

Chinese top procurator reiterated here Saturday that procurators at all levels should strictly abide by their professional principles and push forward the process of governing the country according to law.

Han Zhubin, procurator-general of China's Supreme People's Procuratorate made the remarks at a national procuratorial meeting, which was closed December 23 in this capital of east China's Jiangsu Province.

During the three-day meetings, participants discussed how to strengthen the building of grassroots procuratorates in a professional way so as to ensure fair trial and improve work efficiency.

Han urged the heads of grassroots procuratorates to enhance their professional sense, fulfill their duties and put maintaining the social stability at the top of their working agendas.

He also asked procurators to cooperate with other departments in a bid to curb various kinds of crimes.
