Efficient Garbage Disposal Installation Operational in Tianjing

A new garbage installation in North China's Tianjin Municipality has gone into operation, capable of treating 1,000 tons, 20 percent of the city's daily garbage.

Tianjin, one of the most populous cities in China, produces an estimated 5,000 tons of garbage daily.

Therefore, the municipal government has taken a series of measures to handle the garbage problem, such as raising 240 million yuan from all social sectors to build rubbish disposal installations, and adoption of foreign technology.
