Two Chinese Companies to Make IPOs
Two Chinese companies have been given the green light by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to make initial public offerings (IPOs), according to their prospectuses seen Wednesday, December 20.
The
Jiangsu
Expressway Co., operator of the Jiangsu section of the Nanjing-
Shanghai
Expressway, will issue 150 million A shares at 4.20 yuan per share.
The
Beijing
-based Zhongken Agricultural Resource Development Co. will issue 80 million A shares at 6.30 yuan per share.
The two stocks are expected to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
