Four Companies to Make IPOs

Four Chinese companies are to make initial public offerings (IPOs) before listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to their prospectuses seen Tuesday, December 19.

The Jiangsu Hongdou Industry Co., a garment producer from Xishan City of Jiangsu Province in east China, will issue 50 million A shares at 7.40 yuan per share.

The Chongqing Yangtze River Marine Transport Co. will issue 70 million A shares at 6.18 yuan per share.

The Kingray New Materials Science & Technology Co. based in Changsha City of Hunan Province in central China will issue 40 million A shares at 14.99 yuan per share.

The Hengfeng Paper Co., from Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province in northeast China, will issue 40 million A shares at 7.09 yuan per share.
