DPRK Ship to Berth at S. Korean IslandA cargo ship of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) will berth at Ullneung Island, South Korea in the East Sea due navigation problem, South Korean maritime police said Friday, December 15.At 8:40 a.m. Friday, the 364-ton "Songjinsan-ho" with eight crewmen aboard requested South Korea for help after going through navigation trouble in the waters. The ship was on its voyage back to the DPRK's Rajin port from the Japanese island of Mishima. South Korea is to send an 1,000-ton rescue ship to the scene and tug the ship to Ullneung. |
