China Resources Affiliated with Two Chinese Mainland Breweries
China Resources Brewery Group has recently been affiliated with two breweries in East China's Anhui Province.
As a subsidiary of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd, the largest Chinese-funded financial group in Hong Kong, this brewery group has incorporated several other subsidiary breweries in Chinese mainland cities, including Dalian, Mianyang, Jilin, Tianjin and Anshan.
The two affiliated local breweries, the Anhui Shengquan Brewery Co., Ltd. and Anhui Lianquan Brewery Co., Ltd. have merged to form the Anhui China Resources Brewery Co., Ltd., which is to be the largest brewery in Anhui.
