Name-Brand Enterprises Launched in Qingdao
Many name-brand enterprises have come into being in Qingdao Economic Technology Development Zone as a result of 15 years' effort made. Over 40 world famous enterprises with a total investment of over ten billion yuan have settled down in the zone and an annual output value totaling RMB$10 billion is estimated.
Over the years since 1984, a total of RMB$12.5 billion has been invested in infrastructure construction in the zone. Two name-brand corridors have been built on Qianwangang Road and Jiangshan Road to accommodate name-brand enterprises including 13 multinationals of World Top 500 as Sweden's Electrolux and Japan's Panasonic.
By now, featuring Qingdao Economic Technology Development Zone's advances is a sound cycle of economic development and a happy scene of many hi-tech enterprises to have an annual increased output value of as much high as 36% of GDP created in the zone.
