Three Companies to Make IPOs

Chinese authorities have given permits to three companies to make their initial public offerings (IPOs), according to prospectuses available Wednesday, December 13.

The Fujian Longjing Environmental Protection Co. based in Longyan City, Fujian Province in east China will issue 65 million A shares at 7.2 yuan per share, starting Thursday.

The Tonghua Grape Wine Co., a major wine producer in China from Tonghua City, Jilin Province in the northeast, will be offering 60 million A shares at 7.08 yuan per share, starting Friday.

The Yantai Wanhua Polyurethane Co. from Yantai City, Shandong Province in east China will issue 40 million A shares at 11.28 yuan per share, starting Friday.

The three stocks are expected to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
