New National Talent Exchange to Be Held

Known as the First New Century National Talent Exchange, organized by the Human Resources Department and the National Human Resources Center, Ministry of Personnel, it is to be held on January 13-14 at the Beijing International Exhibition Center.

Alongside the New Century Talent Exchange, a National Talent Exchange Online and a National Talent Exchange on TV will be launched respectively on CCTV and five Chinese websites on December 26. A special exchange hall for higher managerial personnel, an exchange hall for returned overseas students and a hall for recruiting high-level enterprise personnel will also be set up. It is reported that over 1000 Chinese enterprises will turn up to find recruits from the exchanges to be projected on the biggest scale in China since 1993.
