China Launches First Imbedded Software PlatformChina's first self-developed imbedded software platform - DeltaSystem has been lately launched by Beijing Keyin Technology Co.Ltd.The platform consists of not only a system - DeltaOS for actual-time operation of its own intellectual property rights but also a tool - Lambda for software development and some other applicable accessories and a testing tool of GammaRAy as well. With the fast development of information technology and popular use of Internet, the imbedded software and its related systems have become a new thing much sorted for in the world's software field. During the 21st century, mobile computing will become a thing omnipresent, and imbedded technology will make everything possible. Many foreign companies are making researches on imbedded operating system, and some have even started to sneak into China's market. Facing the present status in international and domestic software markets, China should not lose any chance in developing the imbedded operating system of its own intellectual property rights so that it can free from relying on foreign products.
