China's First Information Bank Makes Debut

Following the heels of self-help bank, telephone bank, online bank and mobile bank, a new type of virtual bank---information bank---made its debut in Shanghai on December 7.

China Merchants Bank and China Unicom Guomai Communications Co., Ltd. that lead the virtual banking and paging communication industries respectively in China signed deal the other day in Shanghai to launch information service bank.(Panorama)
