New Zealand Governor-General Concludes Visit to Shanghai
New Zealand Governor-General Michael Hardie Boys concluded his visit to
Shanghai
and has departed for
Hong Kong
.
During his stay in Shanghai, the governor-general visited the Shanghai Museum and the former residence of Dr. Sun Yat-sen (1866-1925), an outstanding forerunner of the democratic revolution in modern China.
Boys also delivered a speech at the Shanghai International Studies University.
