CMB & CitiBank Join Hands

To enhance the cooperation and exchanges between Chinese and foreign banks as well as expand the service sphere, the technologically well-known China Merchants Bank (CMB) and the world-famous CitiBank recently signed a cooperative agreement in Shanghai.

According to the agreement, CMB will increase its gross credit amount to the CitiBank to 1.6 billion yuan; meanwhile, the two banks will jointly offer the VTM card, a kind of tourism payment product, to provide Chinese citizens with a safe and convenient payment card for their overseas tours and business trips.
