Chinese Defense Minister Meets Belorussian Guests
Chinese Defense Minister Chi Haotian met with Rogozhevsky Petr, deputy minister of defense for Belarus Monday, December 4.
Chi, also vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission and a state councilor, said that China and Belarus have expanded bilateral relations in all fields in recent years with common efforts, and relations between the two armed forces have also been smooth.
He noted that Sino-Belarus relations, which are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual benefits, will conform to the interests of the two sides and are conducive to world peace and stability.
Chi also briefed the guests on China's situation, and expressed appreciation for the One-China stance adopted by the Belarus government.
