NPC Vice-Chairwoman Meets Russian Guests
He Luli, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), met in Beijing on December 4 with a Russian delegation headed by Vice-Chairman of the Federal Council of Russia Vladimir Platonov.
He said that recent years have witnessed rapid progress in advancing Sino-Russian relations. She was confident that Platonov' s ongoing China trip will help promote bilateral exchanges and cooperation in all sectors.
Platonov, also chairman of the city Duma of Moscow, arrived in Beijing November 30 for his fourth China tour.
