More than One Million Overseas Tourists Visit Guangxi

South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region received 1.05 million overseas tourists in the first ten months of this year，according to the Regional Tourism Bureau.

The visitors are mostly from Japan, South Korea, the United States and Europe.

The region earned nearly US$2.5 millions from overseas tourism service during the January-October period, 45.19 percent higher than in the same period in 1999. It is expected to receive a total of 1.18 million overseas tourists for the whole of 2000.
