Insurance Company Opens Service Hotline
The China Pacific Insurance Co. Ltd, one of the country's top insurers, opened a service hotline Thursday, November 30, in 42 major cities across China.
Clients in these cities can handle a variety of insurance business problems by dialing number 95500, said Huo Honglian, general manager of the company.
The hotline will offer 24-hour automatic service through a voice mailbox on insurance information and requirements. At the same time, professional operators will handle complaints, answer questions and matters on after-sale service.
By the end of this year, the company will open a hotline in all the cities where it has set up branches.
