DPRK, Britain to Begin Normalization Talks Next Week

) and
Britain
plan to begin working-level talks next week in London on normalizing diplomatic ties, South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported Thursday.
In a dispatch from London, Yonhap quoted multiple diplomatic sources as saying Kim Chun Kuk, director general of the European Affairs Department at DPRK's Foreign Ministry, will lead his government's delegation for the talks.
