At a three-day national meeting on introducing foreign experts November 29, Wan said that foreign personnel have contributed significantly to the advancement of agricultural sciences and the re-adjustment of industries, as well as other areas. Foreign experts have helped China in various fields, such as in legal fields, the media, culture, the arts, sanitation, and sport, he noted. The meeting is held every two years. |
