National Dance Contest Attracts Thousands of Dancers
The tenth national dance contest, to be unveiled Tuesday evening, has attracted more than 3, 200 dancers across the country.
According to organizers of the contest, 4,500 participants from 35 teams will present 212 programs to compete for prizes.
The contest, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, will be held in Taizhou City of Zhejiang Province, east China.
Covering stage dance and square dance, the event aims to promote recreational activities of the general public.
