Chinese Volleyball League to Start Next Month
The 2001 Chinese Women's Volleyball National League will start on December 9, 2000, while the men's on January 27, 2001, each with 12 teams competing on home-away basis.
New rules will be introduced for the first time in the single round-robin tournaments. According to the new rules, the 12 squads will be divided into three groups, with top two finishers from each group eligible to compete for the title.
