Six "Small Suns" to Rise in Harbin
Six "small suns" - inert gas lamps --- will rise in this capital of northeast China's
Heilongjiang
Province during the International Ice and Snow Festival to be held later this year.
The lamps with the diameter of three meters are ordered from
Germany
and can rise to 15 meters in the sky after being inflated.
Visitors will be able to watch the lamps rising from different angles to illuminate the 300,000-square meter recreational park when the Ice and Snow Festival opens.
