Mobile Phone to Adopt a New Accounting System
A timing/credit standing accounting system will be adopted by all China Telecom companies to reckon up mobile phone users' accounts of services to be provided by the end of the year.
Mobile phone users may pay a certain sum of service fees in advance or be shown an earlier or a daily account of service fees they should have had from the China Telecom companies under the new system. Mobile phone users may also be told in time of due payments that will have to be made for services provided under a "voice cautioning system" installed. Phones may also be purchased and used by customers when they should have turned in a certain amount of earnest money to their host companies and when the money should be used up continued timing services could only be provided on reserve payments made beforehand.
Sources say that
Beijing
Mobile is raising big funds to push for new timing/credit accounting in a bid to have a most updated timing/credit standing accounting system at the service of its customers.
