Chinese Company Unveils Units to Snap E-commerce Market
EC-Founder, a company set up by the Beijing University Founder Group to develop e-commerce, unveiled here Monday its three key operating units to gain the e-commerce market of the Chinese mainland.
The three units are EC-Technology, EC-Solution and EC-Service.
The EC-Technology unit will be the prime research and development arm of EC-Founder, which has been in operation for less than two months and listed on the Hong Kong stock market, to develop new products and technologies for commercialization.
The EC-Solution unit will offer turnkey solutions to Chinese mainland companies aspiring to establish a presence on the Internet.
The EC-Service unit will supply a full range of interactive advertising and marketing services for Chinese consumer-oriented websites.
