"Monternet Project" Debuts in China
"Monternet (Mobile Internet) Project" has lately been launched by China Mobile according to which all its partners will be given wide access to an all-round upgraded net system, accounting, WAP platform and short-message platform.
According to Lu Xiangdong, deputy general manager of the heavyweight in China's telecom industry, "Monternet" is designed to be a unified mobile Internet operational form of the company. Instead of following traditional telecom operators' practice, it will go into close cooperation with its partners and place itself wholly and fully at the service of clients for a multitude of ties to be built through the Internet.
New ways have always been sought when a booming mobile Internet market is developed in China. "Monternet Project", as has lately been launched, has its aim with partners to tap an all-win potential market in China.
