Brunei Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah hosted a ceremony to bid good-bye to Jiang and the Chinese delegation at the Royal Palace.
Bolkiah described Jiang's visit, the first ever paid by a Chinese head of state, as "a milestone" in Brunei-China relations.
Brunei is the last leg of Jiang's three-nation visit in southeast Asia.
