BOBC Reaped its First Letter of Recognizance

News from Sources of Beijing Olympic Bid Committee (BOBC) said that the establishments at Qingdao City for the bidding of the Olympic Sailing Events 2008 have been recognized as qualified. The recognizance letter signed by Paul Henderson, president of International Sailing Federation (ISF) Nov. 10 had reached BOBC.

It is the first letter of recognition for a single event out of 28 items in 2008 Olympics bid.

ISF's inspection tour in Qingdao was wound up on October 25. After that, a report on this inspection was seriously made at the conference held in early November. As told by some authorities from the conference, ISF was fairly satisfied with Qingdao and wished Beijing's bid a success.
