Nano-Titanium Powder Succeeded in Mass Production

What changes will be going to happen when the micro-nano-titanium powder is mixed with coating materials? A test shows that when being treated by special technology the nano-titanium powder can make the ordinary coating material acquire a property that is surprisingly resistant to abrasion and corrosion.

This achievement developed by engineer Xue Junfeng and other experts of Harbin Xinke Nanometer Technology Development Company, is the first in the world created by China. As compared with most of the researches on nano-technology both within and without, that still remain in the labs, this has already resulted in a mass production and been widely applied in many fields, said Xie Sishen, chief expert in the study of new materials.

Experts say this result, having intellectual property rights of China's own, has a great perspective for industrialization. The nano-titanium coating material can be applied in the fields of petrochemical, foodstuff industries and coal-mining machinery as well, its applied coating space having already exceeded 100,000 square meters with their performance and functioning greatly enhanced yet not much increase in cost.
