Art Performance Fair Held in Shanghai

The Performance Fair of the Second Shanghai International Art Festival was opened Monday.

This is the largest fair of its kind in China, according to the organizing committee, and more than 90 institutions from at home and abroad have set up 102 stalls in a large exhibition hall to publicize their products.

Liu Shengli, deputy secretary-general of the organizing committee, said that the fair serves as bridge for cultural exchanges between China and the other parts of the world and also provides market opportunities for art performances.
