The relations between Chinese and Finnish armed forces have also been enhanced, he added. PLA is optimistic about developing relations with the Finnish armed forces and is willing to work with the Finnish side to push the military ties between the two countries to a new high, Guo said. Guo believes Holo's China tour will further the friendly cooperation between the two armed.
