Bank Robbers Massacre 3, Seizing 500,000 Yuan

A mob of up to five hooligans robbed a bank outlet in Nanchang City, East China's Jiangxi Province, shot to death two depositors and strangled a cab driver, before fleeing with 500,000 yuan (US$60,250), according to chinadaily.com.cn.

The robbery happened at 18:20 pm on November 11 just before the bank outlet, of the China's Agriculture Bank's local Hongcheng branch, was going to close, when a group of four or five masked men stormed in, opening fire on the two depositors, the Jianghuai Morning Post reported on Monday.

The gang then forced two bank employees inside the fortified counter to unlock a steel security door under gun-point, emptying all the cash available, and disappeared in a red-color cab they seized.

Later, local police found the dead cab driver, with ropes still strangling around the neck, in the displaced car about 20 kilometres away from the bank outlet. Police also found a bloodbath within the bank.

At present, Nanchang local police is ordered to catch the gangsters as soon as possible, and dangled 100,000 yuan (US$12,000) for tips, the morning post reported.
