China Telecom Sets up Group Client Service Center
China Telecom set up its Group Client Service Center in Beijing on November 8 to meet the demand of group clients for group network application and services.
It is said that formerly there existed many problems in China Telecom's group client service, such as long period for access to the network, excessive service objects, sluggish and deficient services. To solve these problems, the newly-established Group Client Service Center of China Telecom will provide "package services" for the clients, such as business consultation, network formation programming, network registration, circuit dispatching, adjustment starting, account settlement, trouble declaration and treatment and network registration technological supports to the group clients.
Based on the communication infrastructure facilities such as public transmission network, public telephone network and public information network and supported by the advanced network technology and rich network operation, maintenance and management experiences, China Telecom has planned to provide its clients with comprehensive settlement programs in information, audio and video frequency application.
