The agreement covers the procedures and standards for coordinating terrestrial radio communication services including land mobile, fixed, maritime and broadcasting services in the frequency band from 30 MHz to 40 GHz. It also includes new procedures for handling cases of radio interference and a mechanism for both parties to meet annually to revise the content of the agreement in light of changes in technologies and demand of the telecommunications industry.
