Beijing Guo'an Takes Initiative in CFA Cup
Beijing Guo'an Takes Initiative in CFA Cup
A second half free kick from striker Wang Tao gave
Beijing
Guo'an a 1-0 home victory over
Chongqing
Longxin from the first leg of the Chinese Football Association (CFA) Cup here on Sunday.
After a scrappy first half, which was lackluster and rarely saw goal mouth action, Guo'an turned the home advantage into goal on 50 minutes through former Chinese international Wang's set piece.
Longxin will be trying to overturn the narrow deficit when the second half opens next week on their home ground.
