2000 National Women's Basketball League Match Closed
The 2000 National Women's Basketball League Match was concluded Wednesday in Dongwan City,
Guangdong
Province.
Liaoning
won first place 8-1, Bayi (16) 2nd,
Shanghai
(16) third, and Guangdong Junda (14) 4th.
Bayi had won out beating Liaoning 105-94 in a breathtaking match held on Tuesday to have set the highest scores of the league match though neither side had claimed a clean sweep.
Guangdong Junda were found in good form to have performed well in fighting for the 4th place 79-70 in the last three minutes with its rival,
Beijing
Capital Steel.
Shenyang Military, Shenyang Airforce, Beijing and
Fujian
took 5th to 8th place respectively.
