China will greatly increase general technological level and international competitiveness to enable the Chinese agricultural, industrial and service, especially manufacturing level and equipment industries to reach the level of medium 90's of developed countries, with some ascend to the world top list. And the innovation ability should be improved to gain more research fruits on information industry, biology and new material field.
