A delegation of the Chinese National People's Congress (NPC) headed by Tian Jiyun, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, left Beijing Tuesday to visit Morocco, Malta, Tunisia, Mozambique and South Africa at the invitation of their parliaments.
