ComputerWire Launches Computer Business Review in China

ComputerWire, an IT industry intelligence in Britain, has signed an agreement with the China Information Broadcast Network (CIBN) to bring its portfolio of business IT information services to China.

The company said Friday that the initial launch will be Computer Business Review, the first monthly magazine and linked website of its type in Chinese.

Using ComputerWire's extensive team of journalists, it will provide readers with in-depth, independent research and news from around the IT globe.

Demand for IT information and news from Chinese and Asian Pacific enterprises has increased due to the recent influx of investment from U.S. and European companies, and the rapid growth of China's domestic IT industry.

Computer Business Review is being co-launched with CIBN to help corporations make fundamental business decisions.

Wang Ping, CIBN's Chief Executive Officer, said: "This agreement marks a new milestone in cooperation between us in the IT industry."

Peter White, ComputerWire's Managing Director, said: "This partnership offers us the perfect opportunity to be the leading information resource center for the emerging IT and business market in China."
