DPRK Leader, Albright Begin Second Round of Talks

Leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Kim Jong Il, and US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright entered their second round of talks Tuesday, State Department spokesman Richard Boucher told reporters.

Kim and Albright held a three-hour meeting on Monday. Albright is expected to give a press conference later Tuesday on her talks with Kim.
