DPRK Leader, Albright Begin Second Round of Talks
Leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (
DPRK
), Kim Jong Il, and US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright entered their second round of talks Tuesday, State Department spokesman Richard Boucher told reporters.
Kim and Albright held a three-hour meeting on Monday. Albright is expected to give a press conference later Tuesday on her talks with Kim.
