Visiting Queen Sirikit of the Kingdom of Thailand left here this afternoon for the ancient capital of Xi'an in northwest China, to continue her China visit.

Queen Sirikit will stay in Xi'an for two days before she moves on to other Chinese cities including Shanghai and Suzhou, a city in east China's Jiangsu Province.

The Queen arrived here on Monday for a 15-day visit to China on behalf of her husband, King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
