China's Largest Ancient Dwelling Opens To Visitors

A group of ancient residential buildings were recently opened to tourists in north China's Shanxi province.

The group of buildings, occupying an area of 150, 000 square meters, is believed to be the largest of its kind in China.

Located in Jingsheng village, 150 km from the provincial capital Taiyuan, the stucture was once home to the Wang's, one of the richest families in China during the Qing Dynasty.

Experts say that the buildings' architecture is typical of traditional Chinese dwellings.
