Over 300 Real Estate Websites Launched in China
More than 300 real estate websites have been launched in China over the past two years, according to an on-going international symposium in Tianjin, north China.
The websites, with about 100 originating from Beijing, were mainly launched by investment funds, network companies and real estate enterprises, experts attending the symposium said.
They predicted that China's housing construction will grow at an annual rate of 15 percent in the 21st century because the real estate industry in China has become a new economic growth point.
However, they warned that the websites face great challenges as many problems exist, such as lack of funds and diversity.
