CPC Central Committee Releases Proposal for Formulating Tenth Five-Year Plan
The Proposal of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party for Formulating the 10th Five-Year Plan (2001-2005) for National Economic and Social Development was made public Wednesday.
The proposal was approved by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China last week.
Totaling 17,000 words in Chinese characters, the proposal comprises 16 parts.
