China's Revenue from Major Taxes Rises SharplyChina's revenue from major taxes increased sharply in the first nine months of this year, spokesman of the Ministry of Finance Wang Jun said at a press conference Tuesday morning in Beijing.According to the spokesman, the government's revenue from value-added tax, tariff, stamp tax on securities trading and enterprises' income tax rose 22.4 percent, 32 percent, 81.6 percent and 31 percent, respectively.
