Personal Income Tax Soars 60.3 Percent in First Nine Months

China's personal income tax revenue soared 60.3 percent in the first nine months of this year, spokesman of the Ministry of Finance Wang Jun said at a press conference Tuesday morning in Beijing.

The spokesman attributed the sharp rise to steady increases in residents' income and strengthened tax collection.
