New Party Chiefs Named for Henan, Tibet

Guo Jinlong has replaced Chen Kuiyuan as the secretary of the regional committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) of the Tibet Autonomous Region, according to the CPC Central Committee.

Chen has since been transferred to act as secretary of the provincial CPC committee in Henan Province, central China.

Ma Zhongchen, the former Party chief of Henan, will be given another job.
